If
a women oils and cream her head and when she makes

Before
answering this question we have to renumber that
Allah says “ O ye who believe! When you prepare
for prayer, wash your faces, and your hands (wash)
your feet to the ankles ” [6:7] the order
included in this verse to wash these parts of the
body and urns other pants requires the elimination
of all factors that prevent reaching of water to
these parts. Because if there are facts which
prevent the process of washing and rubbing of
these parts of then washing and rubbing would not
be a complete process. If man or woman uses oil,
it way remain as an obstacle inforont of water to
reach the bodies it is well know that oil and oily
materials do not allow water settle on body for
long time therefore water creeps away from oiled
body thus it would be better to remove oil and
creams from the part subject to ablution.
